Completed 2008

A 20-acre, 32-lot, gated “Front Porch” community in Sandy Springs. Originally inspired by the architectural vernacular of New Orleans’ Garden District, the development received several awards when completed in 2008. Thoughtfully designed with gas street lights, cobblestone streets, sculptures, water features, and tree-lined street canopies, pre-recession homes valued $2M+. Southern Gentry completed the development and show home, but no longer builds in its flagship community since the recession of 2009.
